Who: Johanna [[livejournal.com profile] iseephailure] and Akuji [[livejournal.com profile] thefingruler]
Where: In Johanna's room aka room 398
When: Around midnight, the day right after Valentine's Day. ♥
Rating: PG-13 for emo, snark, and emo
Warnings: Johanna being bipolar, Akuji being...unusually cheesy.
Status: Incomplete and will probably stay that way.
Summary: After Johanna constantly insisting that nothing is wrong, Akuji goes to check up on her anyway. Not to mention he has to give her a Valentine's Day gift anyway.

Johanna hates Valentine's Day.

Oh well, it hasn't always been like that. She was a very pretty girl, there just came a time in her life when she just wasn't pretty enough. Then again, she was one of the girls that remembered every single horrible thing that had ever happened to her. Why? She was counting the days... Johanna has this feeling that Akuji knows this too, it's just another one of those things that he chose to over look. She was just something he over looked.

What a waste of humanity.

She wonders what he got her for Valentine's Day. She can rule out sex and Nathaniel's buttocks on a silver platter, the girl giggles a little, probably because she wouldn't mind either one very much at all. Maybe he would just bring himself and she doesn't mind that either, she tends not to mind much.

Still, she's lying down on her bed, counting dots in the ceiling. Once she starts yawning though, she stops. Do I really want to be sleeping by the time he comes through the door? No, she really wouldn't. She's not one of the girls who look cute when they sleep, she drools on pillows and has a soft, girly snore. At least she's not as bad as Aimee, she takes a bit of pride in this.

"Hurry up." She mutters to herself, she's tired of staring at her laptop, reading everything over and over again. She's tired of staring at the horrible decor of this hotel too, she has a feeling that she could throw up on it and it'd look exactly the same. And this makes her smile to herself, maybe just a little.

Valentine's Day makes Akuji feels like shit.

Actually, Johanna in general makes Akuji feel like shit. Mostly because, well, why yes, he does know every single damn thing that will happen to her from age fifteen until she's twenty. And, of course he's just dying to tell her, but he doesn't. It's a stupid choice, and he knows it's not going to change anything.

Oh well.

He's standing in front of her door now, wondering if he should just knock or barge right in. Of course, knocking would be the most sensible option. Barging in would be rather rude, and age fifteen was Johanna's violent, I am gonna give you hell, hissy fit stage; the last thing Akuji wants is to be on the receiving end of a punch.

He decides to knock once.

"My, my... You should learn to lock your door, Johanna." He says, in an almost condensing manner, and then... Well, then he proceeds to slam the door open.

At least he knocked, right?

[ooc; Re-done because, LOL, 6:00AM tag.]

Akuji smiles, a little, smug smile that would make (has made) most people just want to punch him in the face, and then he cocks an eyebrow. "Oh? Is that so, Johanna?" And, of course, he says nothing about her choice of words.

His hand goes into his pocket for a few seconds, and he makes a small sound (something like humming) before he pulls it out, holding a pad of post-it notes with something scribbled on top of them. He looks at her for a moment, looking amused about something, before peeling one of the notes off.

He laughs, and walks a little closer to her. "Well... Let's just say, I owe you."

And then he leans in and slaps the post-it note on her forehead.

It said IOU.
